An AgencyAnalytics alternative for agencies that report on SEO
AgencyAnalytics is an all-in-one marketing dashboard priced per client. If your client reporting is mostly about Google search, RankSlide covers that part for a flat price, and also tells you which pages dropped and why.
No card needed · Read-only Search Console access
Pick AgencyAnalytics if your reports combine SEO with ads, social, calls and analytics from many sources, and the per-client price works for you.
Pick RankSlide if your clients pay you for SEO: Search Console reporting, drop alerts with causes and white-label monthly reports, at $29/month for up to 25 sites.

Where RankSlide is different
A dashboard shows you the numbers. RankSlide works out which pages moved and why, every morning, for every client site.
It finds the pages that dropped, and says why
Every morning each page's last week is compared with its usual week. A page that lost 15% or more of its clicks is flagged with the likely cause (ranking loss, lower click rate, less demand, or a technical problem), a confidence level and two to four fixes.
Seasonal dips are labelled, not alarmed
Each drop is checked against the same weeks last year, so a page that dips every December is marked seasonal instead of raising a false alarm in front of a client.
Slow losses and missing pages too
Pages on a steady 13-week decline are listed with the clicks at risk, and the site's key pages are checked in Google's index with URL Inspection every three days.
Proof your fixes worked
Mark a drop as fixed and RankSlide measures how much of the lost traffic comes back. The monthly report shows it next to your work log.
Which one should you pick?
An honest answer: it depends on what your clients pay you for.
Stay with AgencyAnalytics if
- Your client reports include Google Ads, Meta, GA4 conversions, call tracking or social numbers.
- You want one portal where clients see every channel.
- You need daily rankings scraped from Google results pages, or positions for searches where the site has no impressions yet.
Choose RankSlide if
- Your reports are about organic search and Search Console is the source of truth.
- You want to know which pages dropped and why before the client asks.
- Per-client pricing has become your biggest software bill. With RankSlide, 25 sites cost the same as 2.

Questions
- Is RankSlide a full replacement for AgencyAnalytics?
- Only if your reporting is about organic search. RankSlide reads Google Search Console and nothing else, so it doesn't replace AgencyAnalytics for ads, social or call tracking. Many agencies use RankSlide for the SEO work and keep a general dashboard, or Data Studio, for the rest.
- How much cheaper is it?
- For 10 client sites, AgencyAnalytics' Core plan is $200/month billed yearly ($20 per client), and RankSlide's Agency plan is $29/month for up to 25 sites. At 25 sites it's $500 against $29. Check their pricing page for current prices.
- Do my clients see RankSlide's name?
- The PDF carries only your name, colour and logo. Share links and the live client dashboard use your branding with a small “Prepared with RankSlide” footer. Monthly emails can come from your own address.
- Can I still get the data into other tools?
- Yes. Every data set downloads as CSV, a live feed keeps a Google Sheet up to date, and webhooks push new drops and sent reports to Zapier, Make or n8n.
