If RankSlide isn't right for you, email support@rankslide.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date from Settings → Manage billing, so you're never charged for a period you don't want. If a renewal was charged in error (for example you cancelled before the renewal date and were still billed), contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time in a monthly or yearly period, except under the guarantee above.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), our Merchant of Record. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. You may also request a refund from the receipt email Lemon Squeezy sent you.
