Automated SEO reports that explain what changed
RankSlide pulls every page and query from Google Search Console each day, flags drops and slowly decaying pages, explains the likely cause, and emails each client a white-label report every month.
No card needed · Read-only Search Console access
Rankings fell from 3.4 to 9.8 on every search that lost clicks, in the same week Google's core update rolled out. The page itself is unchanged, loads normally and is still indexed, and only 2 of 18 other pages fell, so this is the update re-ranking this page rather than a technical fault. The page says it was last updated 14 months ago, which counts against it on "best" searches where rivals show this year's tests.
• Re-test the top 5 grinders and update prices, photos and the publish date; add a 'tested June 2026' note near the top.
• Look at the pages now ranking above you for "best espresso grinder under 200" and cover what they do (price, burr type, grind range) in a comparison table above the fold.

What's automated
The slow part of SEO reporting isn't the PDF. It's working out which pages moved and why. That's the part RankSlide does for you, every day.
Daily data collection
Every page and query is pulled from Search Console each morning. No exports, no copy-paste, no connector to maintain.
Drop detection
Each page's last 7 days are compared with its average week over the previous 28. Drops of 15%, 30% and 50% are flagged as warning, serious and critical, for pages with at least 20 clicks a week, and each one is checked against the same weeks last year, so seasonal dips are labelled instead of raising alarms.
Cause and fix for every drop
AI reads the position, impressions and CTR changes and the queries that fell, then writes the likely cause, a confidence level and two to four actions.
Slow decay, not just cliffs
Pages on a steady 13-week downward trend that have lost 20% or more of their clicks are listed too, so the quiet losses make it into the report.
Sent every month
On the day you pick, last month's report goes to each client: a branded email with the key numbers, the PDF attached and a link to the online version. Want to check it first? Have it wait for your approval, or go out 2 days later unless you hold it. Need one sooner? Create any report in one click.
Your brand on it
Your name, colour and logo on the PDF, with no RankSlide branding. Client share links use your branding too, with a small “Prepared with RankSlide” footer.
What's in every report
The same structure every month, so clients learn where to look.
- In brief: two or three plain sentences at the top on what moved, why and what's next. Written by AI from the report's numbers, and you can edit it.
- Goals: progress towards each target you agreed with the client, and whether it's on track for the deadline.
- Headline numbers: clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, each compared with the previous period of the same length and with the same period last year.
- Daily clicks chart for the period, in your brand colour.
- Brand and non-brand clicks: how many clicks came from people who didn't search for the business by name, against the previous period.
- Tracked keywords: each search you track, with its Google position, the change since the last period and its clicks.
- Traffic drops: each page that fell, its severity, clicks per week before and after, the likely cause and the recommended actions.
- Results of your fixes: for each page you fixed, how much of its lost traffic is back, measured every night.
- What we worked on: the work from your log for the month, next to the results it produced.
- Google index: how many of the site's key pages are in Google's index, and which aren't yet.
- Pages losing traffic slowly: clicks 90 days ago, clicks now, and the clicks at risk if the trend continues.
- Next: growth opportunities: the top searches close to the top five or with a low click rate, with estimated extra clicks and what to do.
- Pages competing for the same search: where two of the site's pages split a search, and which one to keep.
- Next month's plan: what you'll work on next, in your words, with a first draft from the report's findings if you want one.
- Your branding: name, colour and logo, with “Prepared by” your agency on every page.
What it doesn't do (yet)
RankSlide reads Google Search Console only. If a client expects GA4, Google Ads or social numbers in the same report, pair it with a multi-channel dashboard tool.

From Search Console to client report in three steps
- 1
Connect Search Console
Sign in with Google and pick the properties to watch. RankSlide gets read-only access and can't change anything on your site.

RankSlide watches daily
Drops, causes and decaying pages build up in your dashboard, with email, Slack or Discord alerts if you want them.

Clients get it every month
Add client emails and pick a day. Each month they get a branded email with the PDF and an online link. Need one sooner? Create any report in one click.
Building the report by hand vs RankSlide

Questions
- Can reports be emailed to clients automatically each month?
- Yes. Pick a day of the month and add up to 5 client addresses per site. On that day RankSlide creates last month's report and emails it from your agency name, with the key numbers in the email, the PDF attached and a link to the online version. Replies go to you, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Can I choose what goes in each client's report?
- Yes, per site. Untick any section (drops, decaying pages, keywords, brand and non-brand, year-over-year and so on) and the PDF, the online report and the email leave it out. Headline numbers and the daily chart are always there. You can also end every report with next month's plan, written by you or drafted from the report's findings.
- What about a client with several sites?
- Group their sites on the Clients page and they get one combined report and one monthly email instead of one per site: the totals for all sites, a row and a few highlights for each site, your work log across the sites and one plan for next month. It has its own PDF and online link, and each site keeps its own section settings.
- Can I check each report before it goes to the client?
- Yes, per site. Choose “send automatically”, “wait for my approval”, or “send in 2 days unless I hold it”. With approval on, the report is prepared on the send day and you get an email to preview the PDF, edit the note or the summary at the top, then approve, hold or skip that month.
- Can the emails come from our own address?
- Yes. In Settings, connect the mailbox you want to send from, such as reports@youragency.com on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any provider with SMTP. RankSlide sends you a test through it first and saves it only if that arrives. From then on clients get their reports from your address, and replies go wherever you choose. If your mailbox ever stops accepting emails, that month's reports go out from RankSlide's address with your agency name instead, and you get an email telling you what to fix.
- Which plans include reports?
- All of them. Every plan has every feature, including white-label PDFs, client share links and monthly client emails; plans differ only in the number of sites: Starter $5/month (1 site), Pro $11 (5 sites) and Agency $29 (25 sites). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. See pricing.
- Where does the data come from?
- Your own Google Search Console property, through Google's official API with read-only access. Search Console data arrives about 2 days late, so reports run to the latest available day.
- Do my clients need an account?
- No. They get a PDF from you, a private link to each report, and if you turn it on, a live dashboard link that's always up to date. None of them need a login, and you can turn any link off.
- Can I export the data or use it in Looker Studio?
- Yes. Every data set behind the reports (daily totals, pages, searches, drops, opportunities and the work log) downloads as CSV, for one site or all of them. A live feed keeps a Google Sheet up to date by itself, so a Looker Studio report built on that Sheet stays current too. Webhooks can also push each new drop and sent report to Zapier, Make or your own tools.
- Can I put my own logo on the report?
- Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG in Settings → Report branding and set your brand name and colour. They appear on every PDF and share link.
- How is a “drop” decided?
- A page's last 7 days are compared with its average week over the previous 28 days. A fall of 15% is a warning, 30% serious and 50% critical, for pages with at least 20 weekly clicks, so tiny pages don't create noise.
