SEO client reporting that runs itself
RankSlide checks every client's Search Console each morning, tells you when a page drops and why, and emails each client a white-label report on the same day every month. You stop building reports and start explaining results.

Hi Sarah, here's September's report. The espresso grinder page needs a refresh and we've started on it.
Clicks from Google dipped 4% to 44,937 in September, mostly because our biggest buying guide slipped after Google's core update late in the month. Our fix on the latte art pitchers page is working, with 79% of its lost clicks back. Next, we're refreshing the espresso grinder guide.
- 5 pages dropped in Google in September. Each one is in the report with the likely cause and what we recommend.
- Fix working: /latte-art-milk-pitchers has 79% of its lost clicks back (186 a week, up from 98).
- 6 pages are losing traffic slowly and are listed for a refresh.
- 4 Sep: Rewrote title tags on 12 brewing guides to match how people search.
- 19 Sep: Added internal links to the grinder guide from the 3 biggest espresso posts.

The monthly reporting job, handled
Most client reporting time goes on exporting data, spotting what changed and writing it up. RankSlide does those three things for every client site.
Every client on one screen
Status, 28-day clicks, an 8-week trend, open drops, slow decay and the next report date for every client site, with the ones that need you sorted to the top. Add dozens of properties in one go. Agency covers 25 sites; Custom goes past 500.
Know first when traffic drops
Each morning every page is compared with its usual week, then with the same weeks last year so seasonal dips don't cry wolf. Critical drops alert you straight away by email, Slack or Discord; the rest arrive in one daily or weekly digest across all clients. Send any client's alerts to its account manager or its own Slack channel, or mute it.
The cause, already written
Every drop comes with the likely cause, a confidence level and two to four fixes. One click turns that into a plain-language email for the client, ready to edit and send before they notice the dip.
Reports that send themselves
Pick a day and add up to 5 client contacts per site. Each month they get a branded email with the key numbers, the PDF attached and a link to the full report. Prefer to check first? Have each report wait for your approval.
Your brand, not ours
Your agency name, colour and logo on every PDF, email, report page and client dashboard. Connect your mailbox and monthly emails come from your own address, like reports@youragency.com. The PDF carries no RankSlide branding.
A live dashboard, no logins
Each client gets a private link to their own dashboard: the last 28 days, top pages and searches, drops and where each stands, your work and every report. Updated daily. Turn it off and the link stops working.
Pages that fall out of Google
Every client's top pages are checked with Search Console's URL Inspection every few days. A stray noindex after a site update, a 404 or a canonical mix-up alerts you the same day, and the monthly report tells the client their key pages are indexed.
Your data, anywhere
Download anything as CSV, keep a Google Sheet or Looker Studio dashboard current with a live feed, and send new drops and sent reports to Zapier, Make or your own tools by signed webhook.
What your clients get every month
Short enough to read, specific enough to trust.
- An email from you with clicks, impressions, average position and CTR against the previous period and the same period last year, and your note at the top.
- A three-sentence summary of what moved, why and what's next, written for a client who won't read the rest. You can edit it before it goes out.
- The PDF report attached: daily clicks chart, the keywords you track with their positions, every page that dropped with its cause and fixes, and pages losing traffic slowly.
- A live dashboard they can open any time between reports, with no login, so “how are we doing?” emails answer themselves.
- A private report page they can open on any device and forward to their boss.
- Progress towards their goals: the targets you agreed, how far you've come since you set them, and whether you're on track.
- Non-brand growth: clicks from people who didn't search for the business by name, the clearest sign your SEO work is paying off.
- Results of your fixes: how much of each fixed page's lost traffic is back, measured every night.
- Google index status: whether their most important pages are all in Google's index, and what's being fixed if not.
- What's next: the top growth opportunities, searches close to the top five or with a low click rate, with the extra clicks each could bring, plus pages competing for the same search and your plan for next month.
- The work you did, from your work log, listed next to the results so the value of your work is visible.
- An unsubscribe link, so a contact who leaves the company doesn't keep getting reports.
Where RankSlide fits
RankSlide is built for organic search. It reads Google Search Console only, so it suits SEO agencies and freelancers. If your clients expect paid ads, GA4 and social in one report, pair it with a multi-channel dashboard tool.
Clients don't get accounts to manage: they get a private live dashboard link, the monthly email and a page for each report. Emails come from your own address once you connect your mailbox (until then, from a RankSlide address with your agency name and replies going to you), and the report and dashboard pages have a small “Prepared with RankSlide” footer.
RankSlide is software you run yourself. We don't do SEO work for your clients.
Set up once, then it runs every month
- 1
Connect client properties
Pick properties your Google account can already see, or send a client a link: they allow read-only access with their own Google account and choose their sites in about a minute. No user invites in Search Console.
- 2
Add client contacts
Paste a list of sites and client emails (or a spreadsheet copy) to set up every client's monthly report at once, or add them per site. Send yourself a test first.
- 3
Watch it run
Drop alerts arrive each morning, and every client gets last month's report on the day you picked. You step in where a drop needs work.
Dashboard tools vs RankSlide
Looker Studio and similar tools can show anything you wire up. RankSlide does less, but it does the analysis for you.

Questions from agencies
- How much does it cost per client?
- Every plan has every feature, so you choose by site count. Agency is $29/month for 25 client sites (about $1.16 per site, or $0.93 billed yearly). Above 25, Scale is $1.15 per site per month and you choose the number of sites at checkout. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. See pricing.
- Can a client with several sites get one report?
- Yes. Group the client's sites on the Clients page and send one combined report and one monthly email: the totals added up, a row and highlights for each site, your work and next month's plan. Each site still counts as one site on your plan.
- Do my clients get a live dashboard?
- Yes, without a login. Turn it on per site and send the client one private link. It shows the last 28 days against the 28 before, a 90-day chart, top pages and searches, drops and what you're doing about them, your work log and every monthly report, in your branding and updated daily. You choose whether drops and the work log show, and you can turn the link off or replace it at any time. See a sample.
- Do I need access to each client's Search Console?
- Not necessarily. You can add properties your Google account already has access to, or send the client a connect link. They open it, allow read-only access with their own Google account and pick their sites, which then appear in your account. The page carries your branding, and the link works once for 14 days. See what your client sees. Either way RankSlide only reads data and can't change anything in Search Console or on the site.
- Is it fully white-label?
- The PDF carries only your name, colour and logo. Monthly emails come from your own address once you connect your mailbox in Settings (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any provider with SMTP); until then they're sent from a RankSlide address with your agency name, and replies go to you. The online report page uses your branding with a small “Prepared with RankSlide” footer.
- What happens when a client's traffic drops?
- You get an alert the morning it's detected, with the likely cause and suggested fixes. The drop also appears in that month's report, so the client sees it explained rather than discovering it on their own.
- How do you tell a Google update from a problem on one site?
- RankSlide compares every client site's latest week with its usual week. When several unrelated sites drop 15% or more in the same week, it flags a likely Google update (naming it if Google announced one), alerts you once, and drafts a short message for each affected client. A drop on just one site points to something on that site.
- Is keyword rank tracking included?
- Yes, on every plan, with no add-on. Track up to 50 searches per client site. Positions, clicks and impressions come from Search Console for each search, so they match what the client sees there, and each keyword loads up to 16 months of history the moment you add it. Tracked keywords appear in every client report with the change since the last period. Search Console positions are averages across every time the site appeared, rather than a single daily check of one results page.
- Will I know if a client's page drops out of Google's index?
- Yes. RankSlide checks each client's top 50 pages by clicks and impressions, any page with an open drop, and any page you add yourself, using Search Console's URL Inspection: every 3 days, or daily for pages with a problem. When one drops out (a noindex left after a redesign, a 404, a redirect, Google picking another canonical), you get one alert with Google's reason and what to fix, and you can check any page on demand.
- Can we get the data into Looker Studio, Sheets or our own tools?
- Yes. Download daily totals, pages, searches, drops, opportunities, the work log or an all-sites summary as CSV from any page or from Settings. Turn on live feeds and a Google Sheet stays up to date by itself, which Looker Studio can chart. Webhooks send each new drop, sent report and likely Google update to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own server, signed so you can check they came from RankSlide.
- Can my team use it?
- Yes. Invite up to 10 colleagues from Settings. Each signs in with their own Google account and works in your account: same client sites, drops and reports. Billing and team settings stay with you, and you can remove anyone at any time. Included on every plan.
- Do you work on my clients' SEO?
- No. RankSlide is software: it monitors Search Console, explains changes and sends reports. The SEO work stays with you.
